The Government Resources Planning Systems Department has a team of government experts to professionally support, back up and develop the different systems continuously for all the government entities participating in the systems. This team provides the following services to the GRPS users:
- Training: Regular training in both Arabic and English is provided for the staff of Dubai government entities on the GRP applications.
- Technical Support: This is for responding to the requests for support and for solving the problems facing government entities.
- Integration: The team works hard to achieve full integration between the GRP applications and the government entities’ internal applications
- Administrative and Technical Consultation: They are done through studies and assessment methods, and the development of strategies and procedures.
- Development: The team makes regular improvements to the system that provide added value to the work of the departments and their staff
- Applications Deployment: The team meets the operational requirements of the new entities by helping them join the GRPS. The team also adds new added value applications and tools for the departments that have already applied the GRP applications.
- Documentation: The team issues all needed documents that help users deal with system functionalities and interfaces. The team also provides the material that documents the reports issued by the GRPS.
